邻异丙氧基苯酚制备

2-异丙氧基苯酚是由邻苯二酚和异丙基溴反应制得。
将异丙基溴慢慢滴加到正在回流的邻苯二酚、碳酸钾、丁酮和相转移催化剂的混合物中，继续回流一定的时间，然后蒸出绝大部分丁酮(85％)，加足量的水溶解固体盐，再以苯萃取，萃取液用稀氢氧化钠溶液萃取，该萃取液用稀盐酸中和后再用苯萃取，氯化钙干燥，蒸去绝大部分苯，减压蒸馏，收集100～102℃/1.46kPa的馏分，收率>60％(回流32h产率>60％，回流8h产率为54％)。若用异丙基氯代替异丙基溴，可以降低成本，但工艺上要采用高压釜反应，国内邻异丙氧基苯酚采用异丙基氯与邻苯二酚反应的工艺。
