[体外研究]

D-α-生育酚琥珀酸盐(1-20μM；24小时)对HEI-OC1细胞具有细胞毒性[1]。D-α-生育酚琥珀酸(10μM；48小时)保护HEI-OC1细胞免受顺铂诱导的耳毒性,并抑制caspase-3活性[1]。D-α-生育酚琥珀酸盐(0-50μM；18小时)对TC-1肿瘤细胞具有细胞毒性[2]。细胞毒性试验[1]细胞株：HEI-OC1细胞株浓度：1-20μM培养时间：24小时结果：20μM浓度下显著诱导细胞毒性,与10μM浓度相比,细胞毒性更强。细胞活力测定[1]细胞株：HEI-OC1细胞株浓度：10μM培养时间：48小时结果：顺铂诱导的细胞数量增加。抑制顺铂诱导的坏死、ROS生成和晚期凋亡。降低PARP裂解并抑制与顺铂诱导的细胞凋亡相关的caspase-3的表达。细胞毒性试验[2]细胞株：TC-1肿瘤细胞浓度：0、25和50μM培养时间：18小时结果：剂量依赖性显示细胞毒性,诱导坏死的TC-1细胞百分比高于凋亡细胞。

[体内研究]

D-α-生育酚琥珀酸盐(1-2 mg/kg；从TC-1肿瘤细胞注射开始,每隔2天腹腔注射三次,持续10天到14天)对TC-1肿瘤小鼠具有抗肿瘤作用[2]。动物模型：六至八周龄雌性C57BL/6小鼠TC-1肿瘤细胞[2]剂量：1和2mg/kg给药：腹腔注射；1和2 mg/kg,每两天三次；从TC-1肿瘤细胞注射10天到14天结果：肿瘤体积减小,特别是剂量为2mg/kg。
