[体内研究]

L-精氨酸L-谷氨酸(10-30 mg/kg,p.o.)剂量依赖性地促进大鼠胃排空。这种效应取决于迷走神经的激活。胃内注射L-精氨酸L-谷氨酸(胃内注射3-30 mg/kg)也剂量依赖性地增强大鼠胃的适应性松弛。
