主要用作表面活性剂、乳化剂、全氟辛酸及其钠盐或铵盐用于四氟乙烯聚合及氟橡胶生产时作分散剂,也用作制备增水、憎油剂的原料和选矿剂。
【用途三】
被用作高效表面活性剂、分散剂、添加剂等。全氟辛酸及其衍生物作为重要的有机中间体可用于合成含氟憎水憎油剂、皮革整理剂等产品。

全氟辛酸上下游产品

全氟辛酸制备

在由镍阳极和铁阴极交替组成的电极组的电解槽内,加入无水液体氟化氢、辛酰氯和少量的正丁基硫醇,混合均匀后,通入2500A的直流电。在电解过程中为维持电解液的浓度,需不断补加辛酰氯。电解产物不溶于电解液而沉于电解槽底,需隔一定时间放出。电解液温度控制在24℃。电压控制在5~8V之间进行电解操作。电解过程中产生的气体,经冷凝器冷却冷凝至-30℃以下,再经缓冲器及水加压,使系统保持在0.042MPa的压力,然后将气体放空。电解产物经氢氧化钠中和、硫酸酸化,再送精馏塔精馏,收集1.33kPa,91.5~93.5℃的馏分即为成品。

2.将原料辛酰氯(纯度99.5%)与氟化氢及少量正丁基硫酸投入电解槽,于20~25℃下通电(电压5~8),电解产物用碱中和,再用酸酸化,蒸馏之,即得全氟辛酸。
