[体外研究]

发现牛磺酸和牛磺酸存在于细胞的细胞溶质区室内。牛磺酸与亚牛磺酸的比例约为50：1。牛磺酸的细胞溶质浓度约为。 50 mM。当静息中性粒细胞通过暴露于调理的酵母多糖转化为活跃呼吸细胞时,亚牛磺酸的浓度降低80％[1]。 Hypotaurine通过竞争性抑制脯氨酰羟化酶结构域-2激活缺氧信号。这导致缺氧信号的激活以及胶质瘤细胞增殖和侵袭的增强[2]。

[体内研究]

Hypotaurine对脊髓的热,机械和化学伤害感受有抗伤害作用。在CCI大鼠中,亚牛磺酸减轻机械异常性疼痛和热痛觉过敏。鞘内注射的亚牛磺酸可抑制急性,炎症和神经性疼痛。牛磺酸可以通过激活脊髓中的甘氨酸能神经元来调节生理上的伤害性传递[3]。

[动物实验]

大鼠：辐射热源聚焦在老鼠尾巴的中间部分。使用甩尾单元测量从刺激开始到甩尾响应的时间间隔。调节辐射热的强度以在施用亚牛磺酸或盐水之前给出4-5秒的甩尾潜伏期。在没有反应的情况下，刺激在15秒（截止）后终止，以防止组织损伤。在注射后120分钟内重复评估亚牛磺酸（100,200,400和600μg）对热伤害感受的影响[3]。
