[体外研究]

在体外将人淋巴细胞和人肝癌(HepG2)细胞系暴露于浓度为1.0μg/mL和2.0μg/mL的分散红1会增加微核的频率,并导致沙门氏菌试验(13个回复体/μg)发生突变[2]。

[体内研究]

为了评估分散红1(DR1)对生殖的毒性作用,用单剂量(20-500 mg/kg)口服(灌胃)性成熟雄性小鼠(Mus musculus,株CF-1)。分散红1号治疗引起睾丸毒性,增加精子形态异常的频率,降低生育能力。在100和500 mg/kg的处理后16.6天和24.9天,睾丸细胞DNA损伤也增加[2]。
