11-溴十一酸制备

1.将30g10-十一烯酸和0.30g过氧化苯甲酰溶解在120g n(苯)：n(甲苯)=1：0.83的苯/甲苯混合物中，放入磨口分液漏斗中。在装有温度计、溴化氢导管、磨口分流漏斗和通气导管的四口磨口烧瓶中，通入溴化氢气体，然后滴加10-十一烯酸溶液（要控制好溶液的滴加速度和溴化氢气体的流量，并保证溴化气体过量），当10-十一烯酸溶液滴完之后，再通入10 min 左右的溴化氢气体。密闭瓶口烧瓶12h之后，将反应后的溶液用去离子水洗涤3～6次，直到洗涤液呈中性，放入冰箱中冷冻2h以上。抽滤，得大量白色晶体，即产品11-溴代十一烯酸。将所得的产品风干，称量，得产品39.6g.

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器(装有氯化钙干燥管)、通气导管、温度计的反应瓶中，加入10-十一碳烯酸(2)27.6g（0.15mol），石油醚200mL(40～60℃),过氧化苯甲酰1.5g，冰水浴冷却下通入干燥的溴化氢气体，直至饱和，约1h通完。通溴化氢气体时，注意保持反应温度在10～20℃之间。反应中如有固体生成，可加入一些石油醚或使反应温度接近20℃，以使其溶解。将反应液冷却至-10℃，过滤析出的固体，用冷的石油醚洗涤。将粗品溶于200mL沸腾的石油醚(40～60℃)中，活性碳脱色，过滤后浓缩至约150mL，冷却，滤出析出的固体，得11-溴十一碳酸(1),mp49～50℃.母液浓缩至30mL，又可得部分产品，共得产品28g，收率70%。
