吖啶制备

1.由吖啶酮制取。吖啶酮由二苯胺-2-羧酸用硫酸并环而得，再用戊醇和钠还原成9,10-二氧吖啶后氧化得到吖啶。

2.实验室制备也可以将吖啶酮与锌粉混合加热。反应生成的吖啶升华物溶解于盐酸，再用氢氧化钠溶液碱化，析出沉淀，过滤得粗品。用甲醇重结晶可得熔点为110℃的精品。
