苊烯制备

1.由苊经气相催化脱氢而得：将工业苊投入熔融釜，用间接蒸汽加热使全部熔化。用压缩空气将液苊压入螺旋气化混合器，用蒸汽加热气化，直接蒸汽与苊蒸气混合进入过热炉，过热至450±20℃，进入脱氢反应器，经催化脱氢反应，然后冷凝、干燥而得粗苊烯。用乙醇溶解粗苊烯，除去炭化物和机械杂质，冷却、结晶、干燥而得成品。所用催化剂为氧化锌（85%）、氧化钙（5%）、硫酸钾（5%）、铬酸钾（3%）、氢氧化钾（2%）。
