亚甲基二磷酸用途

Medronic Acid (Methylenediphosphonic acid) 是亚甲基取代的二膦酸盐。 Medronic acid对骨基质中的羟基磷灰石晶体的表面具有亲和力并且粘附在其上。该试剂在类骨质矿化的位点累积并且可以在骨成像中与放射性同位素复合使用。
