2-溴-4,6-二硝基苯胺制备

由2,4-二硝基苯胺与溴素反应而得：向300L搪玻璃反应锅中加水1800L、2,4-二硝基苯胺300kg、盐酸100kg、氯化苯3kg，搅拌1h，于室温下加入180kg溴素，在50-55℃反应6h。然后慢慢加入次氯酸钠（折合100%有效氯33.5kg），保温3h。到达终点后，加入亚硫酸钠水溶液（折100%25-30kg），消除剩余溴素，过滤水洗至中性，干燥即得成品。工业品为桔黄色颗料结晶，含量≥98%，熔点≥148℃。原料消耗定额：2,4-二硝基苯胺770kg/t、溴素600kg/t。
