酸性媒介漂蓝B用途

主要用于羊毛的毛条、毛线、毛毯染色，也可用于蚕丝、锦纶的染色，宜采用后媒法。经乙酸铬预处理的羊毛织物可用本品直接印花。该品还可用于染皮革及用作颜料。该品是酸性媒介染料中较艳亮的品种，匀染性好，但染浅色和日晒牢度较差，一般用于染中等以上的蓝色或与酸性媒介深黄 GG，桃红 3BM、灰 BS 等拼色。

酸性媒介漂蓝B制备

由2-羟基-3-甲苯甲酸与2，6-二氯苯甲缩合，再氧化、碱熔，而后经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程，制得该品。该品外观为橙红色均匀粉末，色光标准品近似（纯蓝→红光藏青），强度为标准品100±3（分），水分含量≤5%，不溶于水的杂质含量≤1%，细度（通过80目筛余物含量）≤5%，在羊毛织物上的染色坚牢度符合标准品（日晒、皂洗、碳化、干摩擦等为4级，水浸、汗浸等为5级，煮呢、熨烫等为4-5级。）。原料消耗（kg/t）2，6-二氯苯甲醛 2902-羟基-3-甲基苯甲酸 560纯碱 75烧碱 30碳酸氢钠 255
