（1）三甲氧基硅烷的合成参见γ-（缩水甘油醚）丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
（2）γ-（乙二氨基）丙基三甲氧基硅烷的合成由乙二氨基丙烯和三甲氧基硅烷进行加成反应而制得。

3.三氯氢硅与氯丙烯在氯铂酸催化下进行加成反应，再与乙二胺进行氨基化反应，然后经甲醇醇解得到产物。也可以采用氯丙基三氯硅烷为原料，经甲醇解生成氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷，再经胺解生成产物N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。其中胺解采用汽液反应较为合适，胺解反应的优化条件是：原料硅烷与乙二胺的配比为1∶3.0；回流时间为3h。反应式如下：
