将邻氨基苯胂酸加入盐酸中溶解，逐滴加入硝酸钠溶液，制得重氮盐。另将变色酸二钠加入氯化锂、氢氧化钠水溶液，依次加入上面的重氮盐溶液及氢氧化钠溶液，然后加入浓盐酸沉淀，再溶于氢氧化钠溶液中，过滤，干燥即得偶氮胂。
