甲草胺用途

【用途一】
用作芽前和芽后早期除草剂,可防除棉花、玉米、油菜、花生、大豆和甘蔗中一年生禾本科杂草和许多阔叶杂草
【用途二】
选择性旱地芽前除草剂。植物幼芽吸收药剂后,抑制蛋白酶的活力,阻碍蛋白质合成,致使杂草死亡。主要用于在出苗前土壤中萌发的杂草,对已出土杂草基本无效。防除大豆、棉花、甜菜、玉米、花生、油菜等旱地作物田间的一年出禾本科杂草,如稗草、牛筋草、秋稷、马唐、狗尾草、蟋蟀草、臂形草等,用量一般为20~30g有效成分/100m2 。如在大豆播种后至出苗前使用,用48%乳油30~45mL/100m2 ,对水均匀喷雾土表。如玉米、蔬菜、花生播种出苗前或移栽前使用,用48%乳油30~38mL/100m2 ,对水喷雾土表。
【用途三】
甲草胺被杂草的幼苗根部吸收,干扰核酸和蛋白质合成,阻止细胞增大,从而抑制根的伸长,然后影响全株生长,使杂草死亡。是一种选择性芽前除草剂,主要用于玉米、大豆、花生、甘蔗,也可用于非砂性土壤的棉花、油菜、马铃薯和洋葱、辣椒、甘蓝等作物,防治一年生杂草和某些阔叶杂草。在出芽前作土面处理。根据土壤类型用量为2.5~4kg(有效成分)/hm2,有效期为4-8星期。

1.苯胺与乙烯在高温、加压和催化剂存在下,制得2,6-二乙基苯胺;2,6-二乙基苯胺与氯乙酸、三氯化磷作用制得2,6-二乙基-N-氯代乙酰苯胺;甲醇与甲醛、氯化氢反应制得氯甲基甲醚;最后由氯甲基甲醚与2,6-二乙基-N-氯代乙酰苯胺合成甲草胺。

2.由2,6-二乙基胺与甲醛反应,制得2,6-二乙基-N-亚甲基苯胺。

将298g ( 1.82mo1 )2,6-二乙基一V一业甲基苯胺缓慢加入到20 6g(1.82mo1) 和210 g苯的混合液中,发热并反应,使温度约升至90 C;。然后冷却至35 C;,加250m工_干燥甲醉。加热回流,滴入190g(3.2mo1)二甲胺,同时反应液升温至70 (',保温l Omin,冷却至约30 ('。将冷却后的反应混合物用1000mL水分2次洗涤。囚生成物为重油层,故采用减压脱洛,最终液温上升至9} <'。将蒸馏渣洛解在二甲基戊烷中,用干冰冷却,析出结晶,得甲草胺,熔点38 . 5-39 .5 (',收率约85 %}
