[体外研究]

指南(以下是我们推荐的方案。本方案仅提供指南,应根据您的具体需要进行修改)[1]。1.在PBS中稀释储备溶液(得到50μM溶液)。2.每毫升细胞加入110μL该溶液(最终浓度为5μM),并快速混合。3.在室温下5分钟后,加入10体积的含有5%FBS的PBS。4.在300×g,20℃下离心细胞5min。5.除去上清液,洗涤三次,每次通过在含有5%FBS的10体积PBS中再悬浮。6.在300×g、20℃下离心细胞5分钟,并除去上清液。注意:标记发生得很快,跟踪器必须尽可能均匀、快速地分散,以便细胞被均匀标记。
