Chelidamic acid 是一种含有吡喃骨架的杂环有机酸,与金属离子有良好的配位能力。Chelidamic acid 也是最有效的谷氨酸脱羧酶 (glutamate decarboxylase) 抑制剂之一,其 Ki 值为 33 μM。
