萃取法分解褐钇铌矿所得混合稀土含有Y2O3 50%和CeO2约4%，以除铈后的硝酸稀土溶液进料，采用N263一LiNO，体系萃取分组得富钇稀土，经酸溶后再以N263-重溶剂-NH4SCN体系萃取提纯钇，萃余液为富钇稀土，其他重稀土铥、镱、镥进人有机相，再经铥镥分组萃取、反萃，使铥、镱进入水相，经草酸沉淀分离、过滤、灼烧，制得氧化铥。其
