1.氧化法以金属钌为原料，将金属钌粉在氧气气氛中于800～900℃加热1h制得二氧化钌，经冷却制得产品。也可由硫化钌、硫酸钌、氯化钌在氧气或空气中灼烧制得；或由六氯络钌酸铵在氧气气氛中于540℃加热分解制得。
