蒽上下游产品

蒽制备

1.在煤焦油中,蒽的含量为1.4%。焦油连续蒸馏所得的I蒽油馏分段,占焦油12-14%,初馏点为300℃,在350℃前的馏出量为95%。I蒽油经冷却结晶、真空过滤或用离心机脱除部分油分,离心后的粗蒽含油分大于20-25%,其余成分是:蒽25-30%,咔唑20-25%、菲30%左右。其中蒽的收率占焦油中蒽源的58-87%。除了苯和萘以外,蒽是煤焦油中最重要的组分之一。在蒽的工业生产中,因为必须把沸点相近的菲和咔唑分离掉,所以比萘的制造困难得多。即使把蒸馏、结晶及溶剂抽提巧妙地结合起来,其产率也只有40-50%。从粗蒽中提取和精制蒽,是先利用菲易溶于油的特性使菲与蒽、咔唑分离。进一步分离蒽与咔唑的方法有蒸馏分离法和钾熔法。
