吡螨胺用途

【用途一】
高效、快速酰胺类杀螨剂，具有独特的化学性质和作用方式，无交互抗性，对各种螨类和螨的发育全过程均有速效高效、持效期长、毒性低、无内吸性（有渗透性）特性。对蚜虫、叶蝉、粉虱等半翅目害虫也有一定防效，主要用于棉花、果树、蔬菜、茶树等作物。推荐浓度20～200mg/L。
【用途二】
属酰胺类杀螨剂，对各种螨类和半翅目、同翅目害虫有卓效，而且对螨类各生长期均有速效和高效，持效期长。

吡螨胺制备

1、草酸二乙酯与丁酮反应得丙酰丙酮酸乙酯，以乙醇或甲苯为溶剂，控制温度0℃，有利于反应进行；再与水合肼环合生成3-乙基-吡唑-5-羧酸乙酯，反应温度15℃，时间2h，产物用氯仿萃取；再用（CH3）2SO4甲基化，得3-乙基-1-甲基吡唑-5-羧酸乙酯，以氯仿为溶剂，室温滴加甲基化剂，40℃反应2h；再经氯化硫酰处理，制得4-氯-3-乙基-1-甲基吡唑-5-羧酸乙酯，升温回流反应3h；再加NaOH水解，加热回流5h，加盐酸调节pH值2～3，析出固体；再与SOCl2作用，使羧基变为酰氯基；最后在氯仿、三乙胺存在下与叔丁基苄胺作用，得吡螨胺。
