由油酸与三氯化磷反应而得。将油酸投入反应锅，在搅拌下缓缓加入三氯化磷，加料温度控制在25 -33℃ 。加毕，升温到 55℃ ，保温4h后分去下层亚磷酸，即得油酰氯。
