正十二烷制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器(装氯化钙干燥管)的干燥的反应瓶中，加入50mL六甲基磷酰胺(HMPA)，对甲苯磺酸正十二烷酯(2)6.8g（0.0201mol），氰基硼氢化钠^①5.02g(0.08mol)。搅拌下于80℃反应2h。冷后加入50mL水，用正己烷提取三次。合并有机提取液，水洗两次，无水硫酸镁干燥，减压分镏，收集79-81℃/1.86KPa的馏分,得正十二烷(1)2.5-2.65g，收率79%-81%。注：①在六甲基磷酰胺中用氰基硼氢化钠还原卤代烷和磺酸酯是一种制备烷烃的方便方法，选择性很高，分子中的其它官能团如羧基、羧酸酯基、氰基、硝基、酰胺基、羰基、环氧乙烷基等不受影响。

2.制法：

用23g(1.0mol)金属钠同82.5g(62mL,0.5mol)1-溴己烷烷(2)或99g(65.5mL,0.5mol)1-溴戊烷按上述制备正辛烷的操作方法，收集94℃/174KPa的馏分，得约37g正癸烷(1),收率87%。^[2]
