[体外研究]

DL-β-羟基丁酰基辅酶A锂(β-羟基丁酰基CoA)可以作为一种中间代谢物通过线粒体途径产生,癌细胞线粒体功能受损导致其积累。同时,DL-β-羟基丁酰基辅酶A锂也可以通过脂肪酸β-氧化产生,饥饿和禁食会加速脂肪酸β的氧化,导致其积累,从而导致某些代谢适应引起的疾病[1]。DL-β-羟基丁酰辅酶A锂(β-羟基丁酰基辅酶A)可以作为赖氨酸β-羟基丁基化(Kbhb)的辅因子,在链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的1型糖尿病(T1DM)小鼠模型中组蛋白Kbkb水平升高[2]。
