微囊藻毒素YR用途

微囊藻毒素是一类具有生物活性的七肽单环肝毒素。由于多肽中两种可变氨基酸组成的不同，具有多种异构体。其中存在最普遍、含量最多的是微囊藻毒素LR，微囊藻毒素RR，微囊藻毒素YR这3种微囊藻毒素(L、R、Y分别代表亮氨酸、精氨酸和酪氨酸)。具有水溶性和耐热性，加热煮沸都不能将毒素破坏；自来水处理工艺的混凝沉淀、过滤、加氯、氧化、活性炭吸附等也不能将其完全去除。易溶于水、甲醇或丙酮，不挥发，抗pH变化，化学性质相当稳定，自然降解过程十分缓慢。
