1.含水氯化物装在硬质玻璃管中的石英舟里,用减压装置(维持水银柱高25cm)以1cm3/s的速度通入纯净、干燥的HCl气体,在70℃下维持3h,然后逐步升温到160℃,维持1~2h,再慢慢上升到250℃,趁热打开炉子转移石英管到保干器(浓硫酸做干燥剂)里面,冷却,产物转移到热的、干燥的试剂瓶中,迅速密封即可。
2.按化学计量关系称取反应物,反应物装在悬于电炉中的石英管(d=13~25mm,l=7~25cm)中,选择的电炉应能使样品管各个部位的温度尽可能一致。反应管入口与蒸馏烧瓶的侧口相连(蒸馏烧瓶连有聚四氟乙烯管子),出口与冷凝接收器(连有聚乙烯管子)相连,每做一次实验后聚乙烯管都需要更换,而聚四氟乙烯管不会受反应的影响(装置如图)
以0.22~0.27g/min·cm的速度从样品管滴加CCl4到蒸馏烧瓶中。可通过蒸馏烧瓶上聚四氟乙烯管上的螺旋夹子调整CCl4的流速。用电热罩维持蒸馏烧瓶的温度为100℃,使用电热带以维持预热部分(连接蒸馏烧瓶与反应管的侧管部分)的温度在120℃。
反应炉温度按下列步骤进行控制:500℃ 6h,550℃ 15h,600~650℃ 8h。
反应完成后,由惰性气体入口通入Ar或者其他惰性气体。断开反应管,配上活塞,连接真空体系,抽真空,密封保存。
