铬酸钠,四水合物制备

为制取硫酸盐含量较低的产品，应采用重铬酸钠母液中和铬酸钠碱性液。

中和法：将铬酸钠碱性液加入中和器，再加人重铬酸钠母液进行中和反应，经过滤，除去铝渣，把铬酸钠滤液蒸发浓缩至50°Bé以上，含铬酸钠约700 g/L(Na2Cr2O7·2H2O计)，料液必须进行澄清，防止悬浮杂质进入晶体，然后冷却至40℃以下，经固液分离，母液返回蒸发，结晶于68℃以下进行干燥，制得铬酸钠成品。

澄清过程所得沉淀物可返回铬酸钠碱性液中和工序。
