氟化镍制备

可由氟化氢和氯化镍反应制得。亦可在500℃下将四水合氟化镍在无水氟化氢气流中加热几小时制得。还可在升温下用过量四氟化硫或三氟化氯与氟化镍盐或在250℃下使碳酸镍与无水氟化氢反应制得。

将NiCl2·6H2O置于瓷皿中,加热至350℃使之脱水干燥。为避免后面氟化反应时腐蚀玻璃,应仔细地加热以排出可能残留的水汽。脱水时会生成部分的NiO,但这对后面的反应无妨。将干燥磨细(<30目)的NiCl2置于镍或Ni+Cu(蒙乃尔)合金制的反应皿(可用相应材料的管材纵向剖开而成)中,铺展成薄层。将反应皿放入如图所示的反应器(也由镍或Ni-Cu合金制成)中。

反应时,导入F2并升温至350℃,保温3h。为检验氟化反应是否完全,将排出的气体通入稀碱水溶液1min,用HNO3酸化后,以AgNO3检验溶液中是否含氯。当确认排出气体中无氯时,继续通F2 1h。反应器用F2气流冷却后,用N2驱出其中的F2。制备实验的反应装置如图所示:

装置中需要安装的阀门宜用黄铜、不锈钢或NiCu合金制的针形阀。为了防止出现超压和避免与大气接触,可用盛有三氟氯乙烯低聚合油的液封。
