硝酸镉,四水合物制备
反应过程中有氧化氮气体逸出,有毒,处理方法参见硝酸钠的吸收法。
2.取86.2g碳酸镉(或金属镉56.2g)放入1000mL烧瓶中,逐渐加入6mol/L硝酸230mL。反应完毕,将溶液移至蒸发皿中,在水浴上加热浓缩。室温冷却结晶,过滤,以少量水洗涤。置于干燥器中用硅胶干燥。
3.在化学纯金属镉中加入适量的蒸馏水,缓慢的加入2.5倍蒸馏水体积的优级纯硝酸 ( 相对密度1.40) ,至金属镉有少许未溶 ( 即过量) :
激烈反应阶段过去后,将溶液加热至70~80℃ ( 使Fe3+离子和其他杂质凝聚) 。然后将溶液过滤,滤液蒸发浓缩到用水冷却后开始出现结晶时为止 ( 可用试管取样试验) 。冷却结晶,离心甩干,用少量水洗涤后在室温下干燥,即得分析纯硝酸镉。利用重结晶能够除去商品硝酸镉中的镍、钴、铜和锰,从而得到十分有效的提纯。
4.用1∶ 6高纯稀硝酸洗涤99.99%的高纯金属镉一次,然后用电导水冲洗,接着缓慢加入高纯稀硝酸
( 硝酸∶水=2∶ 1)至金属镉略有过剩:
反应结束后,用砂芯漏斗过滤,滤液倒入玻璃器皿加热浓缩,用玻璃棒插入溶液中,取出后有晶片出现时,停止加热,冷却结晶,离心甩干,结晶,于60℃真空干燥,得光谱纯硝酸镉。
