体外研究	Kensin(100μg/mL,18小时)增加了用Kirsten肉瘤病毒转化的K-Balb 19a/h细胞中内源性异种病毒的表达[2]。Kentsin(30μM)不会抑制豚鼠回肠(GPI)或小鼠输精管(MVD)的电刺激收缩[1]。
体内研究	Kensin(0-100μg,静脉注射或鞘内注射)在热板和腹部拉伸试验中均产生镇痛[1]。Kentsin(20和100 ng/kg,i.c.v.)抑制禁食狗的胃窦运动指数,并破坏空肠迁移运动复合体[3]。Kentsin(4.0μ,动物模型：禁食犬[3]剂量：20和100 ng/kg给药：侧脑室注射(i.c.v.)结果：胃窦运动指数抑制51.2%和76.1%。空肠迁移运动复合体分别中断2和4小时。
