用途： Sembragiline (RO4602522, RG1577, EVT 302) is a novel potent, selective, orally available monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) inhibitor with IC50 of 5.9 nM, >600-fold selectivity over MAO-A; displays no affinity for more than 100 different receptors, enzymes and ion channels; protects against neuronal loss and reduces both ROS formation and reactive astrogliosis in transgenic animal model conditionally overexpressing MAO-B in astroglia, exhibits potential for treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other neurodegenerative disorders.
