产品详情（用途，包装等） X 14868A, also known as Maduramicin, is a natural polyether ionophore antibiotic first isolated from the actinomycete Actinomadura rubra. It is cytotoxic against Cryptosporidium spp. and is commonly used in veterinary medicine as an anti-coccidial agent. Maduramicin is also cytotoxic against Plasmodium gametocytes and potentiates the gametocytocidal activity of the pyrazoleamide PA21A050.
