摘要

A series of nitroimidazoles incorporating sulfonamide/sulfamide/sulfamate moieties were designed and synthesized as radio/chemosensitizing agent targeting the tumor-associated carbonic anhydrase (CA) isoforms IX and XII. Most of the new compounds were nanomolar inhibitors of these isoforms.
