Abstract The electroreduction of 4-(1-adamantyl)-2-(alkylsulfonyl) pyridines and 2-(1- adamantyl)-4-(tert-butylsulfonyl) pyridine was studied by polarography and preparative electrolysis on the mercury cathode at various compositions of the supporting electrolyte.
