摘要

Lycoperine A was synthesized through a highly convergent route in which a double alkylation of 2, 6-dicyano-N-benzylpiperidine with the octahydroquinoline moiety gave the lycoperine skeleton. The octahydroquinoline was prepared by a desymmetrization reaction
