摘要

H ydr oxyethox y) me thyl]-5-(phen ylselenenyl) uracil (PS AU, 1 8) and 1-(e thox yme thyl)-5- (phen ylse-1enenyl) uracil (1 7) were synthesized by the electrophilic addition of benzeneselenenyl chloride to the acyclic uracils under basic conditions. These compounds were evaluated for their ability to inhibit dihydrouracil dehydrogenase (DHUDase, EC 1.3. 1.2), orotate phosphoribosyltransferase (OPRTase, EC 2.4. 2.10), uridine phosphorylase ( ...
