摘要

Derivatives of 5β, 7β-cyclosteroids have been prepared by photochemical means from cholesta-4, 6-diene and by methylene addition to β-norcholesterol acetate. The synthesis of both 3-and 4-substituted derivatives of 5β, 7β-cyclocholestane has been accomplished. With the synthesis of 3-substituted 5β, 7β-cyclocholestanes, the first derivatives of any 5, 7- cyclosteroid, related to naturally occurring 3-substituted compounds, have become readily ...
