摘要

Exploration of this concept required synthesis of labeled and unlabeled 2 for metabolism studies and bioassays in experimental animals. One previous synthesis of 2 has been reported, but this was not suitable for preparation of the labeled compound. sp6 In this paper we describe a new synthesis of 2 and its application to the preparation of [carbo~ y-'~ C] 2.
