摘要

The preparation of derivatives of 14-hydroxy-21-nor-5j3, 14j3-pregnane and 58, 14@- pregnane C-3 aL-rhamnosides and tris-j3-D-digitoxosides is described. These derivatives, possessing a (2-178 COCHzOH, CHzOH, C02H, COzMe, CH2NH2, or CH2N02 group, bind to the digitalis receptor recognition site of heart muscle as measured in a radioligand binding assay.
