The biodegradable polyanhydride copolymers P (CPP–SA) composed of p-carboxyhenoxy propane (CPP) and sebacic acid (SA) at weight ratios of 20: 80, 35: 65 and 50: 50 were polymerized by a melt polycondensation process without catalyst.
