Highlights ► We used successfully the E3000-ITC System of treat the landfill gas. ► We described the process of biogas drying with simultaneously partial remove of TMSOH. ► New method of biogas sampling as well as determination of trimethylsilanol and siloxanes in landfill gas was presented.
