摘要

Abstract A series of novel 1, 2, 4-triazole derivatives (9a–p) have been designed and synthesized as the potential antifungal agents. All compounds were characterized by 1 H- NMR, 13 C-NMR, and LCMS. Their antifungal activities against seven human pathogenic fungi were evaluated in vitro by measuring the minimal inhibitory concentrations.
