摘要

Summary The rate of solution of cadmium and cadmium alloyed with platinum, gold and copper has been measured in sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, with and without stirring. The effects of varying temperature, rotation, concentration of the acids, and amount and kind of admixture on the reaction velocity, solution rate constant, and duration of the period of induction have been studied.
