摘要

Abstract A Morita–Baylis–Hillman reaction mediated approach to the formal total synthesis of oseltamivir and the total synthesis of gabaculine is described. This strategy involves the enantiocontrolled preparation of Corey's intermediate in 22% yield, which is prepared over 11 steps starting from N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-L-serine methyl ester.
