Abstract Unwanted photoinduced responses are well-known adverse effects of most promazine drugs, including levomepromazine (LPZ, Levoprome® or Nozinan®). This drug is indicated in psychiatry primarily for the treatment of schizophrenia and other schizoaffective disorders.
