摘要

New semi-fluorinated amidosulfobetaines, homologs of hydrocarbon amidosulfobetaines (ASB) commonly used in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2DE), were prepared in three steps from 2-F-alkylethyl iodide or F-alkyl iodide.
