摘要

Abstract A new series of heterobivalent tacrine derivatives were designed, synthesized and evaluated as potential multi-functional anti-Alzheimer agents for their inhibitory activity on cholinesterases, antioxidant activity and self-induced β-amyloid (Aβ) aggregation.
