1-Iododecane CH,(CH,),, CHO 82b3d9e aThe yields were based on products isolated by preparative TLC or column chromatography. All products exhibited satisfactory NMR, IR, and microanalytical data. Unless otherwise indicated the reaction was run in THF. bMelting points of 2, 4-DNP derivatives were compared to literature values and found satisfactory.
