A class of 5-trifluoroacetylamino-1, 3-dioxacycloalkanes, 5-benzoylamino-1, 3- dioxacycloalkanes, and 5-amino-1, 3-dioxacycloalkane compounds were stereoselectively synthesized as potential anti-inflammatory drug candidates.
