Abstract Various 1.3-dihydro-1.3. 2-benzodiazaphosphole-2-oxides and the corresponding bis phosphole oxides have been prepared. Some of the compounds allowed to be prepared in satisfactory yield and high purity only in the absence of solvents at temperatures up to 250° C.
